PROJECT DURATION: From the middle of June to the middle or even last August 2021

THIS YEAR THEME: Deepen understanding of the SDGs from daily life.

EXPERIENCES:

■ Getting to know about cultures, history and people.

■ Understanding educational situations in each country.

■ Doing a survey on the educational difference between Vietnam and Japan.

■ Discussions and debates on SDGs.

■ Seek interests from SDGs and give a presentation about academic topics.

BENEFITS:

■ Get a completely new experience from the exchange program organized through an online platform.

■ Make friends with Japanese participants, enhance cross-culture experience and have an emotional connection with participants.

■ Get to know about Japanese culture, daily life and people.

■ Find creative solutions to solve problems related to SDGs through discussions, debates and doing research with team members.

■ Develop multiple skills through discussion and research presentation: problem-solving, detail-oriented, teamwork.

■ Receive international exchange culture certificate issued by AAEE organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

■ Students from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) & the International School of Business (ISB) are eligible for the program.

■ Be fully available for two months to meet up online (From the middle of June to the middle or even last August 2021).

■ Having emotional intelligence, understanding different points of view of others.

■ Be eager to learn and discuss the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

■ Be passionate about learning about Japanese culture, history, and people.

■ Be enthusiastic to learn, and willing to take challenges.

■ Keep having the motivation to interact with other students from Japan and UEH/ISB.

■ Experiences in any programs/volunteering work will be a plus point.

■ Be active on social media appliances during the program (LINE, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram).
